Luke Herbig

My name is Luke Herbig, and I am proud to be an attorney in the Texas Hill Country. Prior to moving to Kerrville in 2025, I worked for a mid-size oil and gas law firm in my hometown of Midland, Texas. I moved to Kerrville to join a small, boutique transactional law firm, and then started the Herbig Law Office in 2026.
I attended Texas Tech University, where I studied petroleum land management and worked part-time as a landman in the oil & gas industry. After graduating, I attended the Texas Tech University School of Law.
My legal practice focuses on business and corporate law, real estate, estate planning, and oil & gas matters. I have experience in contract drafting and review, deal negotiations, real estate and corporate transactions, and a multitude of other areas of transactional law.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, looking for arrowheads, reading, exercising, and listening to country music.
